My Commitment To You

I know this can be a stressful time for you, remodeling takes coordination between my team and you, the homeowner, but I want you to understand what to expect. My commitment to you is to have clear and transparent communication as to what to expect. 

I pride myself on explaining exactly what we are doing so that you can understand your project as the homeowner. I walk through every detail of the job before we start to ensure not only that the project will go smoothly and not just a set of blueprints, but more importantly, you understand everything before we begin.

In the remodeling world, most contractors will be 25% or higher over budget when the project is completed; making an unhappy client. I try to keep to mine 7% or less because certain things cannot be determined until the project is underway. I will never lower my quote or leave items out just to get the job. Integrity in my industry is rare.
